Illuminance Level Standard  for Swimming Venues

Notes:
1. The vertical illuminance requirements shall be met for the area extending 0.6m in front of the 10m platform and 1m/3m springboards, with a width of 2m to the water surface.
2. Vertical illuminance requirements shall be satisfied for the 2m perimeter zone around the swimming pool.
3. Artificial and natural light reflections from the water surface that may cause reflective glare to athletes, judges, cameras, or spectators shall be avoided.
4. The reflectance ratios of walls and ceilings shall not be less than 0.4 and 0.6, respectively, while the pool floor reflectance ratio shall not be less than 0.7.
